Exhibitor Spotlight Booth #3: L & D Community Care Inc. is a licensed state provider of N.O.W., SIL, Children’s Choice, R.O.W, CCW-PAS (Elderly), Supports Waiver, Long Term-PCS and EPSDT-PCS in the privacy of your own home. Their services are covered by private pay insurance, out of pocket and worker’s compensation. L & D Community Care Inc. also provides yearly client assessments along, an on-call 24-hour emergency nurse, and private duty nursing.
