Carencro, LA – The Enterprise Business Center of Louisiana is proud to announce its sponsorship of the SportzzHeads Athletic Apparel & Athletic Businessmen Youth Summer Basketball Camp, a powerful program designed to develop both the athletic and entrepreneurial skills of young men in the local community.
The camp is led by Jadon Johnson, a Carencro native, entrepreneur, and founder of Athletic Businessmen—a business and mentorship platform with a mission to equip youth with the knowledge, confidence, and resources they need to thrive not just in sports, but in life.
“I started Athletic Businessmen because I saw a real need in the community for financial literacy and business acumen, especially among young people,” Johnson shared. “Growing up, I realized that while kids are often taught how to play sports, they aren’t always given the tools to understand how money works, how to start a business, or how to make smart financial decisions. I wanted to change that.”
Johnson, who launched his first business at just 14 years old, brings a unique perspective that blends sports coaching, entrepreneurship, and community service. Through this summer camp, his goal is to help youth build a strong foundation—on the court and in the boardroom.
The program is rooted in the belief that the same principles driving success in sports—discipline, leadership, resilience, and teamwork—can also be applied to business and life. By combining physical training with mentorship and financial education, the camp offers a truly holistic approach to youth development.
“We’re honored to support Jadon and this amazing initiative,” said a representative from the Enterprise Business Center of Louisiana. “Investing in our youth means investing in the future of our community, and this program is doing just that—empowering the next generation of leaders, thinkers, and entrepreneurs.”
The SportzzHeads Youth Summer Basketball Camp is set to make a lasting impact on young athletes throughout the region, helping them not only sharpen their skills but also envision a future of opportunity, growth, and leadership.
